CALLER WITH A STRONG INDIAN ACCENT FROM NEW YORK IS CALLING ME STATING THAT HE IS CALLING FROM THE DA'S OFFICE AND THERE IS A LAWSUIT IN MY NAME. HE REFUSES TO SEND ANYTHING IN WRINTING TO ME TO VALIDATE A CASH ADVANCE DEBT. HE HAS CALLED ME AT MY OFFICE ABOUT 6 TIMES CONSECUTIVELY AND AT HOME ALTHOUGH I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED TO SEE THIS DEBT IN WRITING.

They kept calling me over and over... even at work! I got them back... got his voicemail password and c****ed his recorded name to say " this is a scam" and I c****ed his password so he can't c****e it back...lol

Calls over and over a***n, caller scam trying to get money. Foreign, extremely rude, foul language... they do not give up!

Received call from this number stating owed debt (loan) to State Department Federal Credit Union. Person calling Tony McJohnson. No details of debt reviewed. Stated he wanted my attorney's name and that he was sending the police to arrest me on this debt. No loan with this company in ******ia. Phone number is from New York State.
