Received a call from this number as well as a pay phone number a little later with a recording that this was the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit. This all transpired after I had ****n a whistle into the phone the day before on a call from a spammer. This was clearly a retaliation phone call. It is time the FCC steps in and stops this kind of illegal behavior.
Diana Caller ID said it was PAYPHONE. Didn't bother to answer it.
