BS sales!

Received call @ 7:00 a.m. ***g up before I answered. I know no one in Area Code 608. Second call I have received from this area code in the past two days.

I talked to AT&T and they say this is a scam. They will help me monitor my bill to make sure I am not charged anything. The best thing to do is not answer this number or press any numbers in response.

Called cell during work ours, left no message

No ID, so I did not answer, Called on a phone I only use for outgoing. They had to buy this number, since it is not listed. That's why we keep a second line for outgoing with no answering ma****e.

Said they were in my neighborhood installing home security systems and that I was able to get one installed for free just by pressing ****on 1 or 2. It's a possibility that when someone presses the ****on they say to it charges your phone bill alota money.

The call message said it was for a Homesafe security system. If interested, press 1.

Didn't leave a message. Called on my cellphone during work hours.

Called my cell phone, did not leave a voice mail.

Home Security. Totally weak

Company purporting to be Homesafe ... offering a free system while working in our neighborhood, etc. Is s recorded message stating that you need to press 1 or 2 *can't recall which right now* to accept their free offer. Keeps repeating that several times. Real concern for us as an example is the fact their is an elderly person who has dimentia and cognitive is not great so they could easily answer the phone and feel 'pressed' to enter the number. I believe this is a tactic they are counting on for a great percentage of their efforts. Scam that has to be stopped. Plus just plain annoying.
