This number called my phone and the ID came up as Verizon wireless so I answered it. Then I received the message that they would be in my local area. So not really knowing what to do I called Verizon and reported it. Verizon blocked that number for free.

Got a call from this number yes****ay.  Before I pick-up the phone I check it first from ID caller so I don't have to answer the phone.
