Received a call from this number in spite of being on the do not call list. Was a recorded long message about creating websites and representing google and others. There was no opt out way mentioned at the end or anywhere else in the recording. He did give a number to call him back if interested and said it twice but I was not able to be quick enough to write it down. Don't know if it was spam or scam, but clearly in 2 violations of do not call laws.
