This number has been used by a man calling himself Bob Switch. I met him through Words With Friends and almost immediately a romance scam began. He stated he is in Turkey on an oil rig, lives in Wisconsin. About a week and a half into the scam he asked me to buy him a $100.00 Google Play card so we could keep talking on the phone. I broke down and bought a $25.00 for him. Evidently, that was just for a few minutes chatting (sarcasm), as we got to the end of minutes a***n and he said he wouldn't be able to call me unless I got another card. I suggested letter writing and, of course, no address was given. He is very likeable and sends several photos, and music.
