I called Verizon Wireless and reported it to them and they said that is an unallocated number and that no one should be using it. They will research whom is using it and take care of it.

Not sure if this is a spam but probably is because it says a landline when I’m getting texts from it.

Larry M. This number is being used by Tina Walton Turner of 308 Ford Drive. Petal, Ms. 39465 To harass people. Keeps calling and ****ing up. Keeps sending my kids filthy texts and voice mail.
