Dude keeps calling me thinking I'm going to fall for my bank calling me about a mortgage going into foreclosure. What kind of idiot is this??

An Indian man called me from this number supposedly located in Plainsboro, New Jersey ( Middle***, Camden-Central area). First he called and left a message that my home was going to foreclosure. I called him back, he said that he was from Wells Fargo from the Home Preservation Department, he had my name and address and said that I was behind on my payments and that my home was going into foreclosure. I called Wells Fargo and had someone from the Customer Support department and then someone in the Home Preservation Department look to see if I had a loan with Wells Fargo. To my knowledge I do not have a loan with Wells Fargo and I have no idea how this person got my name and address.

recruiting company. Can't really say it is SPAM because it appears they know who they are calling and are calling because you gave them your number.

This place called saying they were a law firm and some place has a lawsuit a***nst me which is not true and when I argued with them about this info being false they ***g up on me and I keep calling them back and I get the same thing they keep ****ing it's some kind of fraud I had to put a fraud alert out on my credit and my bank

I got the same call from this company. They say they are from Kaye Scholer Litigation and are try to get me to pay back a payday loan. He gave me the name of American Payday Loans as the owner f the debt and anted the payment for them. We are contacting that company now......

James Brown (not really his name) with thick,heavy accent calls me from this number stating I owe 550.00 to a company I have never heard of and he will not give me any more information or send me any more information.  He was very rude and disrespectful and yelled a couple of times.  I finally ***g up on hm.

Called and told me my boss had spoken to them on a previous occasion and he was just going through his old contact sheet calling people back.
