called, did NOT leave a message.
Repeat call. No message. I am a 1&1 customer but have never answered to verify the caller.
Two calls before 9am PST, no messages.
US based Calling Center used by MANY companies.1&1 internet solutions uses them to solicit the purchase of new services. This, in itself, is fine. I do like to know what our service providers have to offer. However, the bad experience came about because they represented themselves as BEING 1&1, not just calling on their behalf. Thinking that I was on the line with 1&1 I listened to the ***n****g in the script. I politely told the caller that I wasn't interested in the new service, at this time. Then I s****ed to ask her a question about our account since we've been planning on adding some features and I might as well ask her about them. The Call Center Zombie interrupted me three times to finish reading her ***nch of the ****** script which went "Thank you, have a nice day" then ***g up. Awesome training and CS s****s Ms. Sweet Syrupy voiced zombie gal.1&1, seriously y'all need to hire a better call center.
I am about convinced they are part of organized crime that is casing your house to see if anyone is home, to break in and rob. You need to add Criminal to the Call Type below. The phone book scam is that they drive around in whatever vans, trucks, (they get the new phone books from the supermarkets etc. ) and then use that as an excuse to come to your front door... if it still looks like no one is home, they proceed to the back, and try a breakin. They are fast, this happened so many times, been so weird, the later phone calls (repeated) come right as some unk. vehicle is stopped engine on in front of your house. I almost got the license plate but they sped off.
These are *********s. Phone *********s. Corporate phone *********s. They do phone-home invasions and get away with it. They create chaos in our homes, and with chaos comes stress, with stree comess illness, and loss of work, and unemployment, and home foreclosures. I say we terminate them all with extreme prejudice. It's an culture that allows deadly personal invasions that calls for terminate or be terminated. I am on the do not call list. Everywhere you look the exceptions to who can ignore this are growing.
this is some company called Procalll solutions. Maybe a telemarketer?
I got a call from them today and i live in the UK. i didnt pick up though in case i got reverse charged or so****ing.
They said they were from Fast Hosts UK* and wanted my to try an new web exc****e for free and then they would charge £5 per month - they knew my email address and name. i was su****ious amercian voice with ? australian number and fast hosts is briitsh company. i rang fast hosts and they confirmed the message was not from them. i think it is a scam of some sorts
Got a call from this number in the UK, except it showed as +6102386600, so I don't know if it's from the USA after all. In any case it was several calls in quick succession, and when I finally answered, I got silence, so presumably it's telemarketing? Must be from abroad, my mobile number is on the TPS in this country...
Seems that people don't really understand what the Do Not Call registry does. If you have a current or prior business relationship with a company they can call you. A business relationship is very broad and applies to 3rd parties involved with that company, so collection agents, subscription reminders, surveys, vendors related to that business relationship can call you. So if you have a mag subscription, or anyone with your phone number had one someone can call you to remind you about renewing it. Or call you to ask if your phone book has been delivered. MoMany st people in my area get their phone books from them.If anyone with your phone number had a business relationship they can call you untill you acctually pick up the phone and tell them that the person no longer has a relationship with them and to please not call. Just pick up the phone once in a while, it won't bite you. Christ, people act like such crazy paranoid loons online.
I reported them. I too am on the do not call registry and they called me back to back. They said they would put me on their do not call list but called me back hours later a***n. I also received two other calls in the same day (four total and this never happened before and my phone number is unlisted) one unknown and their 303 280-8689 number (Same Company) which is their subsidiary company Product Dev Cor ... they wanted me to take a weight loss survey and a phone book survey and even tried to sell me so****ing in the first call. https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspxPlease report them here at website, as I did, so they are fined for calling all of us on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.Caller: Procall SolutionsCall Type: Telemarketer
called me at 10 am - no message left.
They don't leave voicemails. I called back and it's Pro Call Solutions. Don't know what they're about but I'm on the No Call List.
Got a call to, they did not leave any message.
I am in the UK and just had a call from them. They must have dialed +44 7.......which is really strange. I have never had anything to do with Verizon before AFAIK
This call is the result of recently signing up for a Verizon Cell phone. Upon getting into the Verizon system, they will send you an "old school" yellow pages phone book. This robo call, is to confirm its delivery.
Got a few **** ups no messages called it back goes to answering ma****e Procall solutions???? Don't know what that is??
Unwanted phone call.
also on do not call list
Calling to confim if your Local telephone Book has been delievered
It is one of the Verizon third party contractors regarding telephone book delivery. Also connected with Product Development at 303-280-8689. They are checking to see if the locally contracted drivers have actually delivered the phone books. Many drivers are unreliable and do not deliver all books or just dump the book on your lawn. They are exempt from Do Not Call if you are a telephone customer of theirs. The call from Product Development is automated but requires a response for yes or no if you received the telephone book. The robo-call messages do not s**** until the ma****e thinks it hears a "hello".
they have ask if we had telephone directory deliver yet. They said they will deliver it. They have our house address already. No company name. Unknown.
Constant calling and not leaving any messages. Can't call back to respond.
Did no leave msg with answering ma****e
Why are these people calling when we're on the do-not-call list??
