IMO they are real estate flippers, or something to that effect. caller left me a voicemail stating that they just bought a property in my area, and wanted to know if I was interested in selling my property, for a cash offer, and left a callback number.

Received a phone call (I did not pick up) and a lewd text message that said "I like you".

If I didn't call back at number electric would be shut off. My account with PECO is current.
