It sounds like they are trying to get information from people by asking to take a survey and are willing to give money probobly so they can get your personal infromation. I work for a dental office and they stated the wanted to give a survey on toothpaste and tooth brushes and another person stated that they wanted to do a survey on credit.

They called out office. They stated that they are research company call P R F an they want to give $40 for taking a 10 min survey over the phone. I didn't do it or give any information.

Very intrusive and disruptive.  This is a business and a very busy one at that.  Tried to call the number and unable to get through, only a very fast busy signal.This nonsense must stop immediately.

This number keeps calling my unlisted cell phone, often at the most inconvenient times.  Sure wish they'd stop.
