barb Have received 4 calls from this number on my cell phone. I've not answered the calls because I don't know anyone in Minnesota. The caller never leaves a message. I've read several comments that the number is a Target credit card number; however, I do not have a Target credit card, have never had a Target credit card, and seldom even shop at Target.

i had no clue who was calling me, i was in the other room when the phone rang. when i went to go answer my phone it stopped ringing. i've never seen the number before so i called them back. The auto-mated voice teller said that my re-fills were ready for pickup and my descriptions from 2 days ago were ready. what the***** is that about?
