7 calls yes****ay s****ing at 8:43 PM and last one was at 10:09 PM....***!!! I don't even have an account with x-cel energy! The calls just s****ed a***n at 2:59 PM...I'm fired up, as soon as I'm done with work I'm going to spend the next hour calling thier receptionist and ****ing up...UGH!!!!!!!!!

Called three times in a row, I answered on the last call...no one on the other end...it's xcel energy, but I don't even have an account with them. UGH!

Called me 4 times in 2 hours.I called the number and I got:"We are showing you have an over due ballance..."yadayada.I said, "I called two weeks ago and said I was signing up for state energy****istance, and xcel told me them that there would now be a hold for shut off until 04-15. So why are you calling me?Them: Well this is a courtesy reminder blah blah.Me: What courtesy? I already know the bill is due, I know there is a hold, so why are you calling me?Them: Well you're in our computer system and over due, so you will be getting calls from us.Me: 5 TIMES A Day??? THAT SOUND LIKE HARASSING THE POOR TO *****em: Well you're in our computer system and over due, so you will be getting calls from us. (repeat) and: How would you feel if we didn't call and just came out and shut you off?Me: There is a hold on my shut off due to cold weather rule, the payment is in process and you cannot shut me off before 04-15. We went through this 2 weeks ago.Them: Well you're in our computer system and over due, so you will be getting calls from us. Is there anything else I can help you with today?IOW: We will harass you as much as we want even if you're getting EA, because we can and we like to be a**holes, you're poor, whatcha gonna do about it?I Hate X-cel

This number called me WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH XCEL ENERGY because the electricity was knocked out to my house (not related to my bill).  I was calling from a friend's phone, and the guy on the other end asked to "confirm my number," so I gave it to him. I wonder if it didn't go straight into some automated database to then call me because I'm a few days late on my (very small balance) bill.Definitely Xcel Energy - ******bags.

Party ***g up as soon as it was answered, over and over and over!

i live in ohio and this number keeps calling me. i do not have a bill from them. perhaps a scam.

They called, didn't leave a message.  Strange part: I don't live in an area with Xcel.  I have another energy company.  Wrong number?

I agree that it is definately annoying. they just keep ****ing up. i guess i will pay my bill on time next month. this is ridiculous that they get away with it, and that we have to keep them as our utility provider.

No one on the other end but the number belongs to Xcell Energy. This is their Minneapols Office number.

It's Xcel Energy.  Your bill is overdue, and they are close to a shut-off notice.

Called and when I answered, heard nothing at first and then the tone of a call being disconnected.

Repeated calls from this number. Answered them and they ***g up as soon as it was answered.
