I recently joined United Healthcare and I know I have some unfinished business in terms of setting up my medical and prescription component. But yes it is quite confusing as to who is legit and who isn’t. The rule of thumb seems to be if you get a call from someone who’s really polite and really nice they are not from the government! Ha ha Ha Another annoying fact is that a lot of times these automatic phone calls begin like in the middle of the message so I don’t even really know why they’re calling but I’m gonna follow up because I just received a bunch of mail from that company as well so

Left me a voicemail that they were calling from United healthcare however you nine healthcare has no idea who they are. Total scam and this is the second scam call on insurance today
