I just went through the same, exact experience this day, 8 January, 2011
i ordered online dictionary called babylon. when i entered my payment info and tried to register for license to use the dictionary, they(the website) asked me to enter the password that I would get when they call me with the number I provided them. A call came immediately, and gave me a password to enter in a man's voice that sounded to be an automated recording. I don't think this is scam or anything, but their website is very poorly developed and managed. I hope nothing bad comes out of this.
I got a call at 2:00am from this number and had a recorded voice saying so****ing like, "This is the human game chipoxie" or so****ing weird to that effect. It was a female voice and then it went into another language. Strange.
"Thank you for confirmation"
Dead air. then recorded message of 'Thank you for confirmation'.
Received call but didn't pick up. Voicemail had a few seconds of silence followed by "Thank you for confirmation." I called the number and an automated voice said "All circuits busy" followed by a busy signal. No other info.
