Called the number back. Got an automated service identifying itself as "Customer Service." The automaton stated that I could remove my number by entering it. Figuring they already had my number I went ahead and did it. Still no idea who this is.

James Claims to be from United Health Care with "IMPORTANT" information.

This is an account exec from SPS commerce, a legitimate company with whom we do business. It's not a solicitation.
