I am a 74 year old widow. I have been communicating with this person since August 2017. He says his name is Hugo A. Herrmann from Belleville, Ontario, Ca***a. He was overseeing the renovation of an oil rig in Oslo, Norway & would be coming to Alabama when the job was finished. He has scammed me for approximately $100,000 during this time. How ****** could I have been! I have not heard from him since May 2nd. He has called me from this number numerous times since 2017 & has texted me from this number through Messages & ****outs. We have also committed through Instagram. He goes by “skynolimits500” on Instagram. I need to locate him so I can have authorities to arrest him & bring him to justice. I have several photographs of him.
