Anonymous Texts for loans wanting SSN etc

Anonymous He said he was Jonathan from CitiBank and asked for Abigail and gave the phone number to call back. Then he called again, saying he was Jonathan, did ask for us to return his call. That triggered his voice message to be left as a Text Message to me. In the text he said someone was trying to fill out an application in my husband's name in Ohio, or at least that is where the number was coming from. He wanted me to call back so they could deny the application. Well, I already said in the text that we had no dealings with CitiBank and filled out NO application with them. That should have been enough for him, if real, to cancel application.
