That she represented some insurance company regarding a house I had purchased. Relayed to her I did not live in the county or area she was referencing and asked her not to call back a***n. She called back 3 hours later.

This number calls repeatedly despite numerous warnings. It sounds to be a black female in her 20s or 30s. She calls and simply spews profanity and asks for a Kevin (I know no Kevin) and in general sounds like she is strung out.
