This woman is a con artist

Random text received and she kept trying to meet up. Odd interaction.

Received a robocall from them, claiming to be "The Federal Reserve" and that they'd found su****ious activity with my "financial" and that I should press 1 for more details.

3 weird texts: "nO INtERNEt HERE T44*4 8*88" , "TIL d 3*42**77*7" , "ARE a O U T"

What is this number? They ask to confirm my name and then ****s up on me. I have no debt. Not sure what this is

Sara OK, I called it back. A person answered immediately. It is Direct Tv. I called last week for a quote, when I called today to inform the operator that I am receiving calls from this number 3 to 4 times per day and no one is leaving is message and I would like to know what is going on. She confirmed it was for a 'follow up call for service to see if I was still interested'. I stated no and asked my number please be removed She stated my number would be added to the No Call List which can take up to 7 -10 days for the calls to stop. I just blocked the number in my phone, but it is a legit company.

Answered, but no one was there... Complete silence.

This number calls all the time and leaves no message.

Oregon lady A woman named Gracie left me a message - heavy indian accent threatening me with legal action and that i needed to hire an attorney. Left this message on my voice mail - so I have proof. :-) anyway - I called back and spoke to a man with a very very thick indian accent who told me he represented American Cash Company who owns over 1700 payday loan companies and that I had defaulted on a payday loan. He was unable to give me the information on who and a phone number to contact them to find out the details. Said I had been contacted 14 times to try and collect - which I had never, ever been contacted. Then said he would be filing a lawsuit with the state attorney general tomorrow and that my local sherrif would be there to arrest me with an arrest warrent at my place of work tomorrow at 11am. We called the Sherrif - they do NOT arrest for civil cases - which is what this would be. This is nothing more than a scam according to my local Sherrif's office.
