Jeanne They keep calling and calling my cell phone. If I answer there is silence and the call disconnects. If I refuse the call they don't leave a message. Fortunately I can block the number on my phone, hope it's their only number. ?

Lin This people do not give up - call over and over again, sometimes 5 or 6 times a day. Never answer as I do not answer unless I know who the person is. If they are a debt collection agency they are full of it because I had no debt and have not had any in over 30 years

Mallory I got a call from the number and a young girl asked me if I was and said my sisters name who my phone is under I said who is this this why r u calling and she said this is a call about personal buisness matters and I said this is your name __________ I said this is a person of the house hold and she hung up I got a weird feeling tried to call back too see if I would hear a company name telling me to press one or two or something and it just said please hold ur call will be answered in the call it was received. Seems totally sketchy and rude. 615 I think is Tennessee no one is gonna rip off me or my filt with the comments I see below and my personal experience their trying to steal people's money and or identity.

Debt collectors become very predatory when they have purchased old collection accounts. They trying against all odds to recoup any potential money that May be owed..The only person/company you may owe is the orignal creditor who has provided services.

They asked for a person.  I, in turn, asked who they were.  They refused to identify themselves, so I refused to identify myself.      :)

ms angie They call all the time, they leave no message. I don't answer to unknown numbers. I screen all my calls. So if they don't leave a message to bad for them. I am thinking about changing my number and keeping it private. I have at least four other unknown numbers that call without leaving a message.

ms angie If they ever do speak to you, you have a legal right to written proof of who you owe the money to. This proof must include the account number, the date of service, the name of the company you owe, their address and contact number. If they refuse to give this information to you, then they are some kind of scam. Don't pay over the phone. Insist they send you a bill in snail mail. If they refuse tell them that you are going to hire an attorney. Let them know that you will fight for your rights. Check your state laws, in NC you can record any conversation that you are a party to without the consent of the person you are talking to. So if you are in NC record these people. This will be your evidence should you need to sue them for harrassment.good luck

did a return call for a missed # on my cell. 1st girl to answer when I said I'm returning a missed call and asked what facility it was; she said "A company." wanted my name. Asking why only got me:"so I can discuss personal business." I replied, "I don't discuss personal business with strangers." asked again WHAT company? She hung up! Called back again. Immediately asked for the name of girl answering, she replied,"Christine" then asked her what company she was calling from. She said,"FAC-NAB" when Ipressed for what the initials stood for she prefused and pushed back for my name. I refused to give it to her ans she said it was "The Law!" that I tell her my name! I inquired ,"Which law?" she hung up! I called again and this time a guy named "Kelsey" answered. I got from him that FAC stood for Frost Arnett Company, but he did NOT identify themselveds as a collection company! Only that they talk to people on personal matters. I again told him I don't discuss personal matters with others that refuse to identify themselves. THEY made first contact to MY number and I want to know what they are selling or trying to take from me. He said to GOOGLE FAC-NAB. So Idid! In my state collection agencies are required to identify themselves when calling. Just because they are calling from another state doesn't absolve them from following ACTUAL laws!

I have called this company also and the lady refused to send me a statement for the bill I owe.  she said I had to pay on the bill first or pay the amount in full before they would send me a statement in the mail.  Might I add, she was kinds rude.  Just don't sound right to me

i find it easier to just sit there, answer the phone; and turn my stereo up to 80 decibels and start screaming WHAT I CAN'T HEAR U. also works to just answer the phone and put it down and walk away for 5 min.

Nope... not true.  I owe them a small amount and I'm paying them a small amount, but they frequently call me (the recording) and send me letters telling me one day, we're glad you're taking care of this, and the next day tell me my payment isn't good enough. If they keep it up, I'll hire an attorney to go after them for unfair debt collection practices.

Liz I get hang-up calls from this number all the time!  If I answer, they hang up--if I wait and see if they'll leave a message, they don't!  GRRRR!  I wouldn't even care, and in fact would prefer, if they are calling to tell me I owe someone money--I mean, I don't owe money that I know of, but if I do, and they can tell me to whom I owe the money, it should be simple to verify and pay the dang bill!  It makes me crazy because I may or may not have some bill out there that I'd pay if it existed and I knew about it--these people just call continually and hang up!!!!!

Ok all its simple answer the phone!  I owed a debt with them and had a collector calling me but it stoped after i made payments...... If ya owe it pay it!  If it is a wrong number answer the phone and tell them.. cause they will not know unless you answer the phone and talk to you...For the person that said they dont owe cause it is 10 years there is a statue of limitation but it does'nt excuse not paying your debts if you owe it plus it will hack away at your credit. Hope you dont ever want to buy a house or a car in the future. They will stop calling you if you pay on the bill month to month. Prob solved!

GP Been receiving calls from this number (6152553469)- but never leaves messages. When you call back, they do not tell what company they are.

Jenny I missed a call from this number and when I called back, they did not say from which company they are working for. Just told me that I owe 157 something dollars from an Anesthesia which I do not know what hospital. When you call after office hours, the answering machine does not even say what company it is you called. - it just tells you that their representative are busy at the time, so just leave your name, number and brief message... It doesn't sound like a legit collections company to me, A legitimate company  usually leaves you message.

Rejected again Annoying woman, who doesn't know her own name, keeps calling me but she'll never get thru because it goes straight to my voice mail and she's too scared to leave a message. I know it's a female, because I called the # back, but she wouldn't tell me who or what she wanted and got mad because I would not give her my #. 1st graders know not to give personal info to strangers. This person is an idiot.

My # comes up private to her so she didn't know who I was when I called this # back to find out who 615-255-3469 is. She would not tell me who she was or why she called my # and then she hung up on me because I would not give her my #. I guess she's NEVER gonna know who I am because she's on my "rejected" list. LC Just got a call from this number claiming that I owe money to a doctor's office (that I had paid). They refused to send me any written information about the alleged charge and insist that I pay them over the phone. He would not even say the name of the Collection Agency that he worked for.

This number calls my phone EVERY SINGLE DAY...ALL DAY LONG!  It's driving me NUTS!  When I answered the call the first time, a recording played...telling me to call some other number about a debt.  The debt was from almost TEN yrs. ago!  I don't even owe it anymore!  What a joke!  The other ten-million times they've called, I just let it ring...but even that is getting tiresome now.  They keep messing my voicemail up with stupid recordings, and interrupting my conversations (call-waiting).  I just wish I knew how to make these jerks stop calling my home!

Received call several times over a couple of weeks. When answered a recorded message would begin informing me that this was an attempt to collect a debt. I listened to the whole message once after they'd called for two weeks. It does not give a name for th person they are looking for, merely a vague reference to debt and a # to call back. I never called that # because I don't have any bills that are behind and I didn't want to encourage them. I haven't received a call from them in about a week now.

I was getting lots of calls from this number telling me I owed money, and that I had a bill that was over due.  They couldn't even tell me what bill I owed, so I asked for a statement.  Well the lady very rude so I hung up.  They would not stop calling, so I had my attorney look into it.  He told me do not give them any info or any money they are a scam, and when someone does give them money it does not even go to the business that you owe but it goes right into the pocket of the Frost Collection Agency who bought your name and info so they can try and make money off of people.  That is just so wrong.  So don't give them anything they are not a real collection agency they are a 3rd party and it will not help you or your credit.....

I receive calls on my cell phone from this number almost everyday and somtimes several times a day. They sometimes leave a message. They say this call is for (my name) and to please call this number. This is to collect a debt but they never give the company name.

Pam King Someone named Leslie said I owe $50. to a medical center.  I said please send me an itemized breakdown of what you claim I owe.  She said they sent me a statement last month. I did not receive one.  She insisted that I pay the $50 and I said not until I get a breakdown of the charges.  I have insurance and there is no reason I would owe anything.  She argued with me so I hung up the phone.

gatc rec'd two calls from this number; once I called back and they asked my name, which I gave, they said that they were a collection agency; however, when they checked for my name, they did not have me listed and told me it had been a mistake!  This is Frost Collection agency I believe.  It is interesting as I have no outstanding bills. Seems that they have information incorrect, or perhaps they are trying to steal identification on ndividuals.
