That I needed to contact them immediately related to US Federal District. Claimed his name was David ***kes or so****ing.

Anonymous This number called me saying they were with the local animal control and that they had my missing pet and that he had been hit by a car and needed surgery. For me to get the surgery, I needed to pay via cashapp, zelle or venmo. I wasn't sure, so I called a friend who works closely with Animal Control and she told me that this is definitely a scam and to not have any more contact with them.
