Anonymous Scam. Messaged about getting a puppy from us based on a listing we made on a website. Sent us the money for the puppy and dog nanny that would be picking it up. Made us pay the nanny and once we had paid the nanny, asked for the money back saying they didn’t want the puppy anymore and wanted their all their money back.

I believe this is Andrew J. Kelly, Clinton, N.Y using some kind of app to harass me. He admitted to to doing it to one of my relatives, from February 2020, until the first week of August 2021. He also is using a fake name on Facebook, which he also harassed me there. I got off all social media and c****ed my number. I knew it would only be a matter of time before he would obtain my new number, and s**** the harassment a***n.
