This number is****ociated to a puppy ad scam on recycler.com. This number pretends to have a liter of puppies for sale and is asking for $100 deposit to reserve a puppy. His English spelling is very off and he asks for either your Zelle or Cash App info. The Zelle name he uses is “Ananias Elliot” he claims it’s his wife’s Zelle account.

Don’t know who’s number this is, and they don’t leave any message.
