rang early Sa****ay morning. hate it.

portland oregon called at 11:32 am.  I answered the phone and a recording played- was a male voice, said he was Eddie ____(so****ing I couldn't catch) and was calling to say to use a ceiling fan to reduce the need for air conditioning and to keep energy bills down.  He said his was a public service message, and the recording ended.  There was no solicitation for anything, and no way to leave a message or opt out of future calls.  There was no company name that I noticed.  I am on the do not call list, and HATE getting recorded calls of any type.  This call will be reported to the national do not call registry.

Got call from this number today - did not answer

Received voicemail today from this number. It was another fake sounding "public service announcement" on the use of ceiling fans.
