Left a message saying they were the Trinity Health Scheduling Department and asked me to return the call. I'm not scheduled for anything and, although I still have a (616) number, I live hundreds of miles from Grand Rapids now.

Couldn't hear

Caller from "St Mary's" said I had a $300 deductible and wanted me to pay it via the phone call...( I was just recently dc'd from St Mary's...)

they said i was referred to them for a new drug

Called at 6am Sunday morning. Left no message. We do have a family member in the hospital so we called back. They wanted to know where his keys and phone where. They were in his drawer next to his bed. His phone is shut off cause he didn't pay the bill anyway and he knows it.

Called, hung up, called again. A woman asked me who I am, I said who are you, you called me. She stated she was trying to reach her son. I told her she didn't reach him and disconnected. Caller id stated it was Mercy Health calling. A bit disconcerting.

That is the outgoing caller ID for the Advantage Health Physician group in Grand Rapids MI. This could be from a multiple of locations and numerous doctors.

That is the number displayed on every outgoing local call made from Saint Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids MI.

This appears to be assigned to outgoing calls from a hospital.  In my case St. Mary's would most likely call me to confirm an appointment.  But maybe it's automatically assigned to more than one hospital when the call is made.
