Anonymous phishing, impersonation, and real estate scammer

Person keeps offering to help file my ssc benefits I never applied for.

This person said they hacked all my accounts, and carried on with substantial personal harassment about me and a friend of mine. I contacted the FBI , local police, and my legal service. There could be further investigation, but at any rate they are now subject to prosecution with crimes already committed. Arrest could be eminent.

I agree with MartyK, I think it would probably be a good idea to call and ask for the owner.  I suspect East Coast Industrial Roofing doesn't send the faxes themselves but rather hires a company to do it for them.  ECIR may have no idea the company they hired to broadcast fax is aggravating people and hurtinfg their business.  In my case, they're faxing to a company that doesn't even own, they lease, so wouldn't hire a roofing company.  In other words, the faxing company is half-assed and not doing their research and getting paid for it.  They're throwing $#!+ a***nst the wall and hoping so****ing'll stick.
