Saying I owe so****ing

This is a fax number that calls over and over non stop from 8am-4pm

Back-to-back calls within a minute of each other. No one on the line, just beeping. Has happened three times within the past hour.

This is a phone scam , looking for money for a past VISA card account -which I don't have or ever had.

I have been getting repeated calls from****-393-7673,****-393-7681, 781-761-1173, and 781-761-1174 for the last 2 days (every 5 - 20 minutes) on my cell phone. Either no one on the other end or a fax beep. VERY ANNOYING!!! HOW DO I STOP THIS?
