Got a call from this number regarding house flipping

Claims he is from government agency

Trying to find,out who My friend had callled

Wants me to ship item plus $300 apple gift card to his nephew in new orleans, and he will pay me $400. Obviously a scammer.

Probably a scammer.

Texted me about a property I do not own. and did not respond to a question I asked. I think it was a nuisance call.

Calls repeatedly

I receive at least 5 calls per week from this number even though I am on NO CALL LIST

A hebrew man with this number (617-404-5631) stopped me at an airport and asked me for help. He said that his wallet had been stolen and asked for $83 too get home where he would forward me the money. he was well dressed and carrying luggage. he gave me his number and I didnt realize until after that he had put his name in as airport guy. Now the number is disconnected. How can I find this guy?
