This number belongs to a scammer serving as a reference for a supposed executive recruiting firm.  At the time I spoke to him he went by the name Paul Harmon and worked for a (scam) company named WIN.  He also uses the number 857-243-8816 (which was forwarded to****-413-4517).See the thread on this website for phone # 646-595-1660 for more complete info from other users.They c****e names, corporate iden***ies and phone numbers often.
