No it's not a telemarketer. However it is very likely to be****ociated with the individual who scammed me out of $1400 by pretending to be someone else. He scammed someone who I know outta $300 and tried to get my neighbor for $100. I don't know how many others have been affected but I do know that this individual must be stopped and that they are to be held accountable for their crimes.
