Scammy landlord. Pretending to rent other people's houses out. Told me his name was Andy Mark Ling, and his wife Donna Ling was how I paid them for my security deposit. The lease was all emailed, and very professional. Said he would give me the key next, and then after I checked out the house I could pay the rent and move in. Then he s****ed acting crazy, needed the money faster, lease said November 1st, but he was trying to get me in the next day! (Happened October 18th) found the guy on Craigslist (I know, I was asking for a scam) but the guy was really good with his lease. I could tell English wasn't his first language, but all his communication was really professional the first day.

DK This is a scammer, I first received this call from this number months ago about a "due balance" on so****ing I know I paid off but they refused to actually prove I owed anything, saying it was my job to prove I paid it. I ignored and blocked the number. I received a phone call today saying that it was now a LAW GROUP not a collection agency, wanting to "help me". When I researched it and found that people were crying "scam" I knew it was right. Going to block the number on my phone i found that it had already been blocked! 100% sure its a scam!

Just got call from****-500-***8.Did not leave a message.If it`s not important enough to leave a message then I do not call them back for an unknown number. Just curious if all the people getting the calls have smart phones?

Calls and immediately ****s up when receiving any voice response.
