These fraud scammers have been violating the Do Not Call Law for years by s****ing these local disconnected numbers and do not understand that people now do not answer an unknown number because it is almost always a fraud scammer.

Called and didn't leave a message. When I called back it said it was Discover,but I have seen where other people posted saying they were affiliated with Sears somehow. Definitely scammers somehow!So, I blocked them! ****ers!
