He’s harassing his wife’s coworkers

I think this is a spam calling operation or a loan collection company and seems to be part of a larger operation to harass people as they are engaged in the same tactics: calling a number and ****ing up after just a couple of rings; when the call is picked up, they say nothing but just **** up; if called back, it sounds like someone picks up but then just ****s up immediately. It comes on the heels of another 619-309-**** number in engaging in this tactic. It makes no sense since if it's a collection agency, they can't expect to collect much with these tactics. ****s!

I suspect this number is a spam caller operation or a loan collection company. It is part of a systematic pattern of calls from numbers that **** up immediately even when I answer or when I return the call, someone appears to pick up but then ****s up without saying a word. I have a voicemail service****ociated with my phone number and yet none of them, including callers from this number, ever leave a message. Just another bunch of ****s (or maybe the same set of ****s) calling individuals just to harass them.
