Indicated an i12 phone had been purchased and was suspicious in turn wanting me to access my computer to avoid charges. I hung up an called Amazon who in turn validated it was a spam call.
Amazon customer service robotic voice said a $1099 purchase was being sent to Nashville and was suspcious.
The asked if this was the household (Me).....push 5.....waited a second....Said they would call back with personal message... I feel so stupid as I know better... I was caught off caught as it was a wireless number.....I have voice ID on the landline...

a robotical voice with a message for me by my name. If me press 5 for the message. I did not press 5 and stayed on the line. In a few seconds is the robotical voice said "Sorry you do not reveal yourself to be human," and hung up.

The caller (robo call) said they had a personnel message for my mother and to press 5. Which she did, then the voice said someone would call her back with her Personal message then the call hung up..Now my 85 year old mother is very upset and wondering what she signed up for..If you see this number do not answer it's a scam...

This number called my cell phone and my land-line. I did not answer the cell phone. An automated voice asked for husband by name, to press 1 if this was at this residence and 2 if not. I hung up. This was an unsolicited call.

Requested my Medicare ID number and said he was legimate and reason was sending me a new plastic Medicare card. I have reported this to Medicare who advised this call was a Spam or Fraud.

This person is wanted on a federal complaint. Please allow this person to record a message if possible, then call the Federal Communication Commission. They will instruct you on how to send the message to them for voice recognition service and tracing. Thank you.
