Anonymous Caller stated she works as a 3rd party notification clerk and wanted to give me a phone number and case number to call to receive legal process. I called the number and was told I could cancel the legal process by paying a fee if $199. When I asked who was filing on me I was told that info wasn’t available until I paid the fee.

The number was listed as a contact number to call for help with DAV to upgrade there Military Disability ratings PTSD and other benefits. Personal information was taken. She said her name was Maria LÀ³pez and s****ed a 3way call with a person name Austin with a number (858)286-6533 who then called the next day with an offer to upgrade the VA ratings to 100% for $4000 or more

This scammer pretending to be Leo Dicaprio and having a fake CA driver’s license with capital i I1234568 with a fake date of 08311977 over the eye color (aug 31 1977 is supposed to be Nov 11 1974 which is real Leo’s DOB. He uses the fake instagram profile called “leonardodicapriofanpageprivate” Using this e-mail on ****outs [email protected] And this # on whatsapp +1 (619) 349-7703

Student Loans. Never said what company they were with. Made it sound super official with their agent ID number and all. She said, "and although this is time sensitive, I've gone ahead and extended it to remain open till we hear from you." IGNORE THEM! So far she's left this exact same message on every call she's made...with a different phone number every time.

I received a call from this number and it was an automated call. The automated message stated it as “officer Gary “so****ing” and that he was calling from the United States Social Security Department. He claimed my ssn was flagged as having been connected to fraudulent activities and if I didn’t call back to resolve the matter that they would be forced to take the next step of actions which included serving me with court papers and owing fines and serving jail time.” The number came up as a corns vista, CA number and from the research I did, the number belonged to Vonage Essentials. So I contacted them and reported their client was using their number from the services at Vonage to impersonate police officers and the US SS department. The lady thanked me for making the issue known and said she would get the report to their fraud department to investigate the owner and suspend the account. I highly doubt anything will be done, but i figured it couldn’t hurt to at least try. I also reported it to the WA state attorney general. The chances of these sickos being caught are slim but would be even less so if no one reported them. If this number calls you, I would recommend you don’t answer and to report it to local authorities.

I think this is a telemarketer. I keep getting calls from my local area codes from unfamiliar numbers. Call and then **** up and won't leave a message. Looks like the phone numbers from which the calls are coming are randomly generated to look as though they are local.
