I have been receiving phone calls from this number, 619-352-0631, at my cellphone and my work.  I have a payday loan out but it is paid on every 2 weeks.  They have been harassing me and when I finally answered the phone I told them to stop calling me and I know it's a scam.  I'm not sure who I should report this to but I'm getting very upset.  The person who keeps calling me is named Michelle Lewis and she has an ethnic accent.  About a week ago, I s****ed receiving phone calls from another gentleman named James Hardy, also with an ethnic accent, about the same thing.  I looked up that number online and found out it was a scam that's been going on for quite a while.  I think we need to report it to the FBI or so****ing like that.

Someone allegedly named Annie Joseph called supposedly from an attorney's office to discuss a case a***nst me (called my work, also)  Since this person's accent was definitely ethnic, I doubt that was her real name and she was most rude.  I informed her that she had the wrong person and not to ever call a***n. Definitely a scam!!

I have been receiving this call for weeks now, i did have payday loans but as on September 24, 2010 i have paid off my loans, they are calling me at work and my cell number. I can't understand half of what they say. I want to report this a scam fraud that is what it is....

I just got the same call and don't have a payday loan.  They freaked me out and I reported them.

I received a call from a Michelle Lewis from phone number (619) 352-0631. When I returned the call I spoke to a gentleman who said they were taking me to court for an unpaid pay-day loan. He claims he was handling this affair per InstaCashUSA which is the mother company of many pay-day loans.
