Julie Kirkwood I have been receiving phone calls from this number, 619-352-0631, at my cellphone and my work.  I have a payday loan out but it is paid on every 2 weeks.  They have been harassing me and when I finally answered the phone I told them to stop calling me and I know it's a scam.  I'm not sure who I should report this to but I'm getting very upset.  The person who keeps calling me is named Michelle Lewis and she has an ethnic accent.  About a week ago, I s****ed receiving phone calls from another gentleman named James Hardy, also with an ethnic accent, about the same thing.  I looked up that number online and found out it was a scam that's been going on for quite a while.  I think we need to report it to the FBI or so****ing like that.
