3/7/25 Call received. ID says Mutual Mortgage. I returned call several times and was placed on hold for between 1 and 6 minutes; then my call was dropped. I have not been able to speak to a human despite 7 attempts to return the call. I am designating this number as SPAM because I cannot successfully return the call

Says his name is James. He’s a scammer who cheated me out of over $12k. I hope he gets caught, arrested, and ends up in prison!

The person has sent a couple texts asking if we still live at... and repeats our address and then says his buyers are still looking to buy our home. He does not state his company name or his own name. Each time we call it just goes to voicemail "busy at the moment, please leave a message". We have not confirmed our address and feel this may be a scam...... most realtors would leave their name and number and not be so mysterious.
