Anonymous Sending harassing texts and they said they called cps on me and cps did show up

Anonymous Believe this number was used to attempt to scam me. I'm trying to sell my vehicle online. Person contacted me and asked for a vehicle report, but only wanted it from a specific website which has been linked to scammers. When I asked about it and offered a carfax report, they stated that carfax was unreliable, and that their perferred website was better.
