Also, funny how we ALL seem to have 3 criminal complaints.

I got one of these calls also. It is very scary being told there are 3 criminal complaints a***nst you.  I got a call from a person, who I swear is a women, who went by the name John Harris.  This person 1st called my cell phone, then call my direct work #, then called the receptionist, then the customer service number AT WOR****!!  I have received other calls which I ignored.  All of people have had very heavy accents that are almost impossible to understand.  When speaking to "John" i was told the same, that they need my attorney info or "good luck".  when I asked what it was about, "John" would only repeat that they have 3 criminal complaints but would not say who/what/when they were for.  The telephone number i was provided is 619-399-0198 but the call would not go through from my home, my work, or my cell phone.  it must be a scam.I am glad that there are others having the same issue.

I just received a call from a rude lady and she wanted my attorney name...When I asked who she was and what it was regarding and just kept saying that I needed to call her head supervisor regarding this matter.  I have been dealing with these people since July 2010 and it is getting really old.  The calls will stop for a couple of weeks and then s**** up a***n...calling my work and cell number.  DO NOT give them any information..IT is a scam...They c****e their phone numbers so you can never track them down..They have threatened me and to this day nothing has happened.  When I spoke the Attorney General office they advised they are aware of this scam, also advised if I felt threatened to report it to the local sheriff office.  Have done this and to the FBI as well...A***n please don't give them any information, they will clean you out..

If you have ever applied for a payday loan that is probably how they got some of your info. I c****ed my phone number and blocked this number from calling me a***n.  They will keep calling: they are probably trying to get your bank info or checking acct info to run a scam or try to get money from you. Also if they call a***n threatening you with "good luck" you should file a police report.

I received a call from these people this morning.  They left a voicemail stating that I better call them back with my attorney's information, or else.  Then the man, strong indian accent, and I could hardly understand what he was saying told me that I better call them back or he wishes me good luck.  I called the number back to see what he was talking about and he said its for a payday loan.  No idea what he is talking about and he does have all of my personal information!  Proceeded to ask for my attorney's information, and if I still work for my company's name.  I told him no and added that if he cant tell me where he is calling from and about what, then he need not call anymore.  He ***g up on me.

I read on an fbi website earlier that these are payday loan scams and they are being investigated.

Someone from the very same number called me at work today..He called himself Leo Fernandez. I was extremely perturbed! They called me at work!

I got the same message today, and they actually called me at work! I would love to see these people go down.  After they told me I had 3 criminal cases a***nst me, before I could even respond, they asked for my attorney's information.   I knew right away it was a scam, but they called me at wor****

Havent gotten the info yet but still plan on looking it up. S****ed receiving calls from the same people, different number. I think the best thing is to do what I did and c****e your phone number.

I had already called them back and told them they had the wrong phone number.  However they did have the last four numbers of the ss number.  I called the attorney general.  They said it was most likely some kind of scam.  I am going to call the police and fbi and report the call tomorrow.

I also received a call from a Jennifer Gill stating the same thing. They called my house, my cell, and my job telling them I had criminal charges pending. Looks bad on my end. I was ****ed. I called back a very inprofessional indian male answered. Cursed me out. Then I called back and he repeated everything I was saying like a little kid. Then he called me a***n saying my SS# my Date of birth and threating me, telling me he was stealing my money. I haven't checked my credit reports yet. But I don't like being told over the phone he was going to **** me and that he was god and stealing my iden***y. I made a police report in my town. I suggest u do the same if there is any further contact. And don't call the number back. If u have had any further contact please let me know. I'm ****ed how this person has all my personal information.

Recd a call stating there were 3 criminal complaints a***nst my husband and he should call them back or they would take legal action.  Wouldnt leave name or say where they were calling from.
