(619) 399-2787 was the respondent to a Craigslist ad scam requesting a 6-digit "verification" that a Craigslist ad is "real" in a probable attempt to obtain a Google Phone number using an alternate phone number posted in the Craigslist ad.

They called me saying I owe money and pay by Monday or go to jail- They call every other day at my job ! I am worried becuase they have my SS number!

hese people are calming to want to talk about a legal matter but wouldnt talk it over with my wife says they are from so****ing law firm. they dont speak good english. they kept calling and we didn't answer so they left a nasty message cussing me and my wife out. the guy did give my wife a name of paul so****ing sounding like mason and a callback number scam 0000 619 399 0204 0000. they sounded african not the normal advertisment indian accent.Caller: so****ing law firmCall Type: Debt Collector

They called me once and I fell for it I got the police involved and i guess I have a new number to give them. The funny thing is they gave a different name but used the same messages from before that I was going to jail for a crime I did middle eastern.

Also, funny how we ALL seem to have 3 criminal complaints.

I just received the call today at 956am it was a lady and she said i needed to call her back asap and if i didnt ,then all she could do was wish me luck with what was about to unfold for me.....she was a indian lady who didnt speak very good english

Amy These people keep calling me also. No idea who they are. Indian accent & threatening bad things to follow if I do not return their call. I am current on my bills & do not owe a collection agency. These people are scam artists. Blocking their number & reporting them to local police & attorney general. Saved all their crazy threatening messages & turning them over.

I recieved numerous call from this number and a few different men claiming to be working for an attorney's office. The first thing that tipped me off was that the number they called from was out of the country and then I had to call back a number in California. The person who answered the phone had an extremely thick accent, and would not state for which office he worked for. Then right in the middle of the conversation a person with no accent said he was the attorney at he firm, but had no name he could tell me. Then just as suddenly as he was there he was gone. And the other person kept claimimg there had been no other person on the line. They were claiming I had a claim a***nst me for electronic check fraud, and many other numerous charges, and was due in court the next day for my hearing. When they kept stating that I had claim a***nst me they kept saying "in the state that I live". A real attorney's office would have been saying the state because they would know and care.
