Scam asking for ssi so I want be arrested said they were federal Border Agent and someone was using my name fraudulent. I said I was contacting the law and they ***g up. This number is to a home phone I called number back its now disconnected. Number is showing Toufic Munoz Hourani as owner of phone. Reporting as a scam and providing number to SDPD
