It's a SPAM use by Crooks and Prisoners trying to get your name and then they will have their people call back with the correct name to this number and lie about your trouble histories and make you fall for their SCAMS to get your money. THEY use a disguise phone number with not in service number. Block Them from your cell phones and Landline phone for this number and report to the POLICE and or Disctrict Attorney in your city. Maybe you can use *69 to return to caller and tell them to stop and you know their exact number from your Telephone comapany.

A female called early on Sa****ay morning asking for a friend on my cell. I told her she wasn't at my home at it wasn't her number. She said she was from Child Protective Services and this was her contact number. I told her to call back and leave a contact number. She called back and wouldn't leave a message.

i got a call from this number,it left a msg asking to push ****ons if i am so and so,and when i try to call back its disconnected
