It's a SPAM use by Crooks and Prisoners trying to get your name and then they will have their people call back with the correct name to this number and lie about your trouble histories and make you fall for their SCAMS to get your money. THEY use a disguise phone number with not in service number. Block Them from your cell phones and Landline phone for this number and report to the POLICE and or Disctrict Attorney in your city. Maybe you can use *69 to return to caller and tell them to stop and you know their exact number from your Telephone comapany.
