The caller said it was a legal issue and my name was used in a fraudulent matter please hold for the next available officer but the never gave me a name

My ex claims this number belongs to my 10 yr old daughter supposedly she got a free Obama phone and gave it to our daughter, and all sudden my daughter disclosed phone #not working anymore due to not making 1 call at least per month !(per moms own words) Which is a lie, because this # is not a free Obama Phone# !! I don’t get it why this hacker doesn’t get arrested on top of emotionally abusing my daughter ! Tea****g her to steal and lie is child abuse !
