Have a Re-payment contract with CITI Financial Auto loan. Automatic Bank payments going on 10mths now, Just to find out that CITI Bank Corp. Can't handle all their Loans types. So they sent mine and others to this Debt Collection. They told me, That the contract with CITI repayment plain was automatic CANCELED ! and that I need to send them payments instead. Well, sound like a "SCAM".to me. We the consumer need to sue the banks for fraud.
I received a call from the same #. I logged into my account and c****ed my contact # to 6197571242... Let them call and talk to someone who cares....No more calls... LOL
they have now bought some CITIFinancialAuto loans too.
I was with Citifinancial also. I didnt receive any notification from them also.
W***ver this is, wouldn't identify themselves and asked for someone i don't know.
total a**holes
They just recently bought the Auto loan division for Citifinancial. I found this out by going to their website, I was supposed to get a letter but didn't receive one.
STOP CALLING ME EVERYDAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont have a debt with Santander or HSBC or XO. and yet I get a call every day multiple times a day. And when I answer I am asked to HOLD for a representative. When i tell them they have the wrong number they tell me they are taking my number off the account. Then I get a call from a different area code, different number, for the same people. This is ridiculous, as it is my cell phone and I am being charged for these calls.
They may be calling because you are behind on your car pmt. If you are a day last - they will s**** the calling until you are caught up on your pmts or if they speak with you and you agree on a date that you will become current on your pmts. It sounds like they are using an automatic dialing. An automatic dialing is used in the collection arena. The dialer will call you every so often (several times a day) until one of their reps speak with you personally. When companies use an automatic dialer no message will be left because if they do leave a message ...law states they can not call you a***n that day. I believe they can not call you a***n within a three day period UNLESS you state to them that they can. I know this because I've worked in collections before
They call everyday! Even if your within the 'grace' time period. I guess the squeeky wheel gets the oil. BUT, I know who I owe, - what my situation is, and really don't need the constant "reminders"...Really. Sunday, all day and night. Like several of you, I recognize their numbers and simply ignore them. Generally, when I get money they can have it(in line after rent, food, and college expenses for daughter). To stop them from calling your job, go to their website and c****e your information on the account. Most people have a home business. Use that information instead for your work information.Caller: SantanderCall Type: Debt Collect****so see:http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-619-757-1242/2
They bought the loans from HSBC auto. They call everyday! Even if your within the 'grace' time period. I guess the squeeky wheel gets the oil. I WAS ON A LONGDISTANCE PHONE AND I KNEW I WOULD BE TALKING ALONG TIME SO, I DISABLE MY CALLING WATING.AND SOME HOW THEY BROKE THROUGH MY PHONE LINE. AND IT WAS XO INTERACTIVE WHICH IS APART OF DRIVE FINANCIAL OR SAN TANDER CONSUMER. I DIDNT THINK THEY COULD DO THAT . BUT THEY SURE DID
Santander need I say more. They use questionable collection tactics. They took over my loan from another loan company and find it stimulating to call me repeatedly. I'm not late, I won't be late but they get their money from completed calls so your *****ed if you can't refinance. That's what I'm doing.
Its Santander Consumer USA if you have a auto loan that is who is calling you
They call everything f***ing day
They call everything f***ing day
thank you so much !
This number is for Santander. Their collection practices are questionable, at best. They call 15 times a day if you are a day late!
It's Santander USA, they do car loans, etc
Same here 3 calls today no messages
they never leave a message.
I called this number and asked for their website. I think this has so****ing to do with HSBC. I did not buy any car and I do not even drive. I did not give out my SSN
