Didn't answer. Unknown number and out of state area code. Suspected it was a spam call.

I just got a call from this number. They didn't leave a message. I am on my State & Fed "Do Not Call" programs. Caller ID only says... Cell Phone CA

Pretend to be your credit card company & lure with lower interest rate.

Keep calling with their last chance to lower my interest Rate. Tired of them calling

"Card Services" scam. You press "1" & they answer with: "are you calling to lower your credit card interest rate"? I launch into, "Please remove this number from your calling list" - and if they haven't ***g up on me by this time, I****ert that "I'm on the "Do Not Call list" Then they **** up on me. I'd really like to know who is running this operation. Anyone out here know?

This is another scam. The do not call list does not work with criminals. Never give these theives info
