Anonymous Number calls me several times a day under the name of "0 001 24 Emer". They never leave a voice mail.

This number was used by a named Peter Larry Mark. He tried to BLACKMAIL me for $4k. He was last in. Turkey as of 9Sep19. I did not pay it.
