For months now I have been getting calls from 6918018178. The caller identifies themself as calling from Safeguard America and wants to conduct a survey on homes in my area. I have repeatedly said no thank you and have asked to be taken off their call list. I was polite at first but when the calls kept coming, I got loud and cussed the callers out. It's been many different callers. Men adn women with Middle Eastern accents, usually. Today, however, was a male caller with a mild British accent. I kept telling him I don't want to be called and to take me off the call list and he kept saying "ok, we'll call back another time because you obviously don't understand." I said "no" and cussed him out. He then called me a ****** w***e and ***g up. How do I get them to stop. I tried the Do Not Call Registry but it doesn't cover surveyors or charity solicitors, only telemarketers. How can I get them to stop????

Christina Wysk Customer called about my master card account, and I told her I don't have an account ending in that number.  Told her to take me off the calling list and she said she couldn't and ***g up.  She had called twice before on the same day.  I answered the third time she called.

Pissed off I dont recognize this number so I dont answer, they never leaves a message. I have had 4 calls in 4 hours so far today. Aggravating

pd Call from Share Group, Inc; answered and was told they had a call for me, please hold, then the same stuff you hear when put on hold "all operators are busy w/other customers, etc." then went to beep,beep,beep. Am putting "block" on this #along w/all the other unwanted calls. Will soon reach my 20 # limit.

Ronin I'm getting calls from these numbers NONSTOP! Calls are coming from: 619-801-8143 & 619-801-8144. It's the SAME Scammers as 626-273-8240 and the calls are coming in at all hours of the day and night on both my home phone and my cell phone! For whatever reason, these numbers cannot seem to be blocked...It's possibly a s****ed number though, as many of the calls from this area in Cali are actually being bounced out of India & the Phillipines through a system similar to Skype. Oh, and don't believe for a second that your Land or Cell Phone Provider can't track it back to it's ACTUAL location. That's pure B.S.! They can and will! It's just a matter of if they really want to be bothered with it & how much you pressure them to do it. Threats of legal action a***nst them rarely work, but getting the Credit Card companies directly involved, as well as filing an actual complaint & actually seeking legal actions seems to work wonders to get them to get off their a**es to trace it back to it's place of origin.I have since saved 619-801-8143, 619-801-8144 & 626-273-8240 into my phone as TM#-DoNotAnswer with a SILENT ring tone for them so I won't get woken up at 4 AM by these ****** scammer calls.
